About Our Practice

Our office is located at 10033 Sawgrass Dr W, Suite 204, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. We serve patients from Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and surrounding areas.
We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday in-office hours are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Virtual consultations are available during weekday hours.
Yes. Saturday in-office appointments are available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This is a popular option for patients who cannot visit during the workweek. Call to confirm availability.

Appointments & First Visits

Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance information if applicable. If you are a personal injury patient, having your police report, claim number, or attorney contact information is helpful. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a physical examination.
Dr. Race will review your health history, discuss your areas of concern, and perform a focused physical examination. Based on the findings, you will receive a clear explanation and a recommended course of action. If treatment is appropriate and you are ready, care may begin the same day.
A first visit typically takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on the complexity of your case. Follow-up visits are generally shorter.
Yes. Virtual rehabilitation and consultation appointments are available Monday through Friday. These are best suited for exercise programming, movement coaching, and follow-up care. In-person evaluation is recommended for new patients when possible.

After a Car Accident

That is common. Many musculoskeletal symptoms after a car accident develop gradually rather than immediately. An evaluation is still appropriate even if your pain did not start right away. The sooner you are assessed, the sooner a clinical record can be established.
Generally, the sooner the better. An early evaluation helps document your condition close to the time of the accident and allows the provider to identify areas of concern before compensating movement patterns develop. We work to see new patients as quickly as our schedule allows.
We provide thorough clinical documentation that can be used in personal injury cases. If you have an attorney, we are happy to coordinate records and communication as needed. Our focus is on providing accurate clinical documentation of your condition and treatment.

Insurance & Payment

We are in-network with United Healthcare and Medicare. We also accept personal injury cases and cash (self-pay) patients. Call the office to verify your specific coverage before your first visit.

Yes. We provide evaluation and treatment for patients involved in auto accidents and other personal injury cases. We work with PIP (Personal Injury Protection) coverage and can coordinate documentation with your attorney if applicable. Visit our auto accident page for more details.

Treatment & Referrals

We treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint and muscle pain, sports injuries, and post-accident complaints. Visit our Services page for details.
If our evaluation indicates that your condition requires care outside the scope of chiropractic practice, Dr. Race will discuss the findings with you and help coordinate an appropriate referral.
This varies by individual and depends on the nature and severity of your condition, how long you have had it, and your response to care. Dr. Race will provide a recommended treatment plan based on your evaluation findings and adjust as needed based on your progress.
